We are looking for a Sales Manager to drive real estate sales through channel partners and direct customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, experience handling high-value transactions, and a consistent employment track record.
Develop and manage relationships with channel partners and brokers.
Drive direct sales and generate business from end customers.
Conduct customer meetings, site visits, and project walkthroughs.
Deliver project presentations, handle queries, negotiate, and close deals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain sales pipelines, MIS, and performance reports.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales execution.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of sales experience.
Candidates must be based in Bangalore.
Experience in Real Estate, Hospitality, Airlines, or BFSI is preferred.
Ability to handle high-value transactions with a ticket size of approximately ₹3–4 crore.
Strong experience in channel partner management and/or direct customer sales.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
Must have completed at least 3 years with a single employer in their current or previous organization.
Willingness to work on-site and travel for client meetings and site visits.
