Hospitality & Guest Experience Manager📍Location: Office, Indore, Madhya PradeshDepartment: HospitalityRole OverviewMicro Mitti is looking for a dynamic Hospitality & Guest Experience Manager who can seamlessly blend hospitality, event management, marketing, and public relations to create exceptional guest journeys. This role is centered around delivering memorable experiences, executing high-impact events, and building meaningful relationships with guests, partners, and the community.𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬𝐇𝐨𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 & 𝐆𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞:• Deliver premium, personalized experiences for all guests and VIPs• Manage guest interactions, special requests, and service excellence• Uphold hospitality standards aligned with the brand𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭:• Plan and execute events, workshops, and brand experiences end-to-end• Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams• Oversee logistics, guest engagement, and on-ground execution• Host and anchor events to ensure impactful experiences𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 & 𝐁𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭:• Support campaigns and enhance event visibility• Collaborate with marketing teams to strengthen brand presence• Drive partnerships and community engagement initiatives𝐏𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐜 𝐑𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:• Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and partners• Manage guest invites, PR activities, and brand representation• Represent Micro Mitti at networking and industry events𝐂𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐫 𝐑𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭:• Develop strong relationships with repeat guests and corporate clients• Gather feedback and drive continuous improvement• Maintain guest data for personalized engagement𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:• Ensure seamless coordination with service and operations teams• Manage vendors and logistics efficiently𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Business, or a related field• 8–10 years of experience in hospitality, events, or luxury service• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Strong expertise in event management and guest relations• Highly organized, proactive, and customer-focused
