Recruitment level Junior – Senior level. • Designing Job descriptions in coordination with Department heads. • Managing ATS systems. • Managing entire ON- boarding Process for new hires. New hire orientation • Negotiating job offers with candidates. • Custodian of entire Group HR Documentation process. • Coordinating for employee Engagement activities • Assisting payroll team with necessary payroll inputs Minimum Qualification - Academic • MBA in HR with 3 – 5 years of professional work experience in HR domain
CTC - upto 25K, based on the current salary
