Job Title: HR Executive / Senior HR Executive Location: Chennai Experience: 5–8 Years Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced HR professional to manage end-to-end HR operations, including statutory compliance, payroll management, and employee lifecycle processes. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of labor laws, PF, ESI, and HR operations, ensuring smooth HR functioning and compliance adherence. Key Responsibilities: 1) HR Operations: Manage employee lifecycle, onboarding to exit, documentation, HRIS, and engagement. 2) Payroll Management: Process payroll, ensure statutory deductions, coordinate salary disbursement. 3) Statutory Compliance: Handle labor laws, PF, ESI, UAN, and statutory filings. 4) PF, ESI & UAN Handling: Manage registrations, returns, and employee queries. 5) HR Compliance & Audits: Ensure policy adherence and support audits. Key Requirements: 1) Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or related field 2) 5–8 years of experience in HR operations and compliance 3) Strong knowledge of PF, ESI, UAN, payroll, and labor laws 4) Experience in handling audits and statutory filings 5) Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS tools 6) Good communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Skills: 1) Experience in construction/engineering industry 2) Strong problem-solving and organizational skills 3) Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
