About the Role:We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This role offers hands-on exposure across core HR functions, including Hiring, HR Operations, and Learning & Development (L&D). The intern will assist in day-to-day HR tasks and projects, supporting a wide range of people-related initiatives in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.Key Responsibilities:Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and social media platforms.Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.Draft job descriptions and post job advertisements.Maintain recruitment trackers and databases.Support pre-onboarding and joining formalities.Help manage employee documentation (e.g., ID cards, employment letters, HR records).Assist in updating HR databases and entering data into HRMS.Support attendance tracking and daily HR operations.Contribute to organizing employee engagement activities and internal communications.Coordinate and schedule internal training sessions and workshops.Maintain training calendars and feedback reports.Support logistics and communication for Learning & Development (L&D) programs.What We’re Looking For:Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.What You’ll Gain:End-to-end exposure to HR processes in a corporate environment.Practical experience working across recruitment, HR operations, and learning programs.Opportunities to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Mentorship and guidance from experienced HR professionals.
