About the role
Summary:We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team at Hike Edu in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the Marketing department and will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions within the organization.
Roles and Responsibilities:- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including conducting interviews and making hiring decisions- Oversee employee relations, including handling grievances and disciplinary actions- Develop and implement training and development programs for employees- Manage performance appraisal processes and provide feedback to employees- Ensure compliance with all HR laws and regulations- Handle employee benefits administration and payroll processing- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems- Collaborate with department managers to address HR-related issues and provide guidance on best practices- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes related to HR
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field- 5+ years of experience in HR, preferably in the Marketing department- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment- Strong organizational and time management skills- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications
