About the role
Summary:We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee our HR department and ensure the smooth running of all HR operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in HR management and a deep understanding of HR processes and best practices. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing a team of HR professionals and implementing HR strategies to support the overall goals of the organization.
Roles and Responsibilities:- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures- Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees- Oversee employee relations and performance management- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions- Conduct training and development programs for employees- Manage employee benefits and compensation packages- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations- Provide HR support to senior management and department heads- Lead HR projects and initiatives to improve HR processes and practices
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field- 5+ years of experience in HR management- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to lead and manage a team- Proficient in HRIS and other HR software- SHRM certification is a plus
