HR Ops

We are looking for an experienced HR Operations professional to manage day-to-day HR activities, ensure smooth and efficient HR processes, and support HR compliance through regular audits and process reviews.

• Manage employee onboarding and exit formalities.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Handle attendance, leave management, and employee documentation.
• Coordinate payroll inputs and resolve payroll-related queries.
• Manage employee queries related to HR policies and processes.
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and MIS as required.
• Ensure compliance with company HR policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements.
• Conduct periodic HR audits to review employee records, documentation, compliance, and process adherence.
• Identify gaps in HR processes and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Support internal and external audits by providing HR-related data and documentation.
• Support performance management and other HR processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth HR operations.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information.

• 5–7 years of experience in HR Operations.
• Good knowledge of HR processes, employee lifecycle management, and HR compliance.
• Experience in conducting HR audits and maintaining audit readiness.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and HRMS.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.

• MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
• Relevant experience in HR Operations, Compliance, and Audit activities preferred.
