About the role
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruiting needs
- Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications
- Coordinate with departments to define job requirements and expectations
- Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding
- Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations
- Participate in recruitment events such as job fairs and career events
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers and stakeholders
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
- Knowledge of employment legislation and regulations
- Experience with various interview formats and assessment techniques
- Strong understanding of HR policies and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and social media platforms for sourcing
- Keen eye for talent with good assessment and evaluation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
