About the role
We are looking to hire an HR Recruiter for our team with immediate effect.Job Details:
- Job Location: Andheri East, Mumbai (near the railway station)
- Role: Talent Acquisition (Bulk Recruitment Specialist)
- Experience Required: Minimum 2 years
- Salary: Up to ₹4 – 4.2 LPA
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Timings may extend depending on business requirements)
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Fixed Sunday off)
Key Responsibilities:
- High-Volume Recruitment: Execute bulk hiring strategies and maintain a steady talent pipeline.
- End-to-End Process: Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and develop selection criteria.
- Metrics & Compliance: Track recruitment data, analyze key metrics, and ensure compliance with legal standards.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven track record in high-volume recruitment in fast-paced environments.
- Skills: Strong sourcing abilities, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in ATS tools.
- Attributes: Strategic, adaptable, and results-driven.
