About the role
- Hands on
experience in sourcing through job portals and referrals.
- Good experience in IT recruitment.
- Ability to work in
tight deadline & close the positions within the SLA's
- Willingness &
ability to handle end to end recruitment including internal recruitment.
- Should be able to
handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Interaction with
the candidates and briefing them about the requirement.
- Schedule and
co-ordinate interviews
- Manage end to end
recruitment
- Self-motivated and go getter.
- Excellent command
in verbal and written English.
