About the role
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for leadership and senior-level positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand leadership requirements and align recruitment with organizational goals.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for key leadership roles in areas such as technology, sales, operations, and product management.
• Conduct thorough assessments, including behavioral interviews and competency-based evaluations, to ensure cultural and strategic fit.
• Track recruitment metrics, analyze hiring trends, and provide insights to optimize leadership hiring processes.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment best practices, diversity initiatives, and legal standards.
• Partner with external agencies and vendors for specialized leadership searches as required.
RequirementsQualifications & Experience:
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition, with a proven track record in leadership and executive hiring (mandatory).
• Experience in the real estate, technology, or e-commerce sectors is highly preferred.
• Strong expertise in sourcing and engaging C-suite, VP, and director-level candidates.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a focus on quality hires.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP or similar) are a plus.
