About the role
Dermatouch is a fast-growing Indian skincare brand focused on delivering clinically backed skincare solutions. We are looking for a motivated HR Recruiter/Talent Acquisition to support our growing team and help us attract the right talent.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer follow-ups.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.
- Handle recruitment for sales, marketing, digital marketing, operations, and other business functions.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and provide a positive candidate experience.
- Use ATS/CRM tools to manage candidate pipelines; Zoho Recruit experience is an advantage.
