About the role
Generate leads and develop new business opportunities for HVAC AMC and service
contracts.
Identify potential clients and maintain relationships with existing customers.
Prepare AMC quotations, proposals, and service agreements.
Follow up with clients, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales deals.
Drive AMC renewals and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Coordinate with technical and service teams to meet customer requirements.
Required Skills
Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC AMC Sales / Service Sales.
Good knowledge of HVAC systems and maintenance contracts.
Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
Target-oriented approach with the ability to generate business.
Compensation: Attractive performance-based incentives in addition to the annual CTC
