About the role
Supervise installation of indoor/outdoor units, refrigerant piping, insulation, drainage,
and control systems.
Manage testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and system performance
verification.
Review HVAC drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and material requirements.
Lead site engineers, supervisors, technicians, and subcontractors.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and OEMs.
Monitor project schedules, budgets, manpower, procurement, quality, and safety.
Maintain progress reports, as-built drawings, commissioning records, and handover
documentation.
Requirements
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
6–7 years of HVAC experience, including 1–2 years in project management or team
leadership.
Strong hands-on experience in VRF/VRV installation, execution, testing, and
commissioning.
Experience with Daikin, Mitsubishi, LG, Samsung, or equivalent brands.
Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, HVAC drawings, BOQs, and project planning.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and client coordination skills.
Preferred: Experience in commercial buildings, IT offices, hotels, hospitals, or residential
high-rise projects
