Job  description

Should be able to handle total operations like Sales and marketing, project handling, handling a team of site engineers from project acquisition to execution 

  • Team Leadership: Supervise HVAC site engineers, handle scheduling, and coordinate training.
  • Process & Quality Control: Design standard operating procedures (SOPs), run quality checks, and ensure adherence to safety rules.
  • Supply & Resource Management: Track inventory for parts and equipment, manage logistics, and monitor supplier relations.
  • Financial & Data Oversight: Manage operational budgets, analyze performance data through KPIs, and drive cost efficiency
  • Analyze market trends and track competitor pricing and activities.
  • Plan advertising campaigns and digital outreach to increase brand visibility.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
  • Align product offerings with customer needs and energy standards
  • Set sales targets and monitor performance metrics for the team.
  • Train staff on product features and customer service skills.
  • Oversee CRM records, sales reports, and budget allocation
