Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced IAM Business Analyst to join our team. As an IAM Business Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing business requirements, identifying solutions, and implementing identity and access management systems. Your expertise will help us drive security, efficiency, and compliance across our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and identify solutions to meet IAM needs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop business cases, and implement IAM systems and processes
- Develop and maintain documentation of IAM business requirements, processes, and procedures
- Work with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, and compliance, to ensure seamless implementation of IAM systems
- Identify areas for process improvement and provide recommendations for enhancement
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics to track IAM performance
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IAM or a related field
- Strong knowledge of IAM systems, including authentication, authorization, and access control
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Nice to Have:
- Experience with IAM tools and technologies (e.g., Okta, Azure AD, SailPoint)
- Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance regulations (e.g., NIST, HIPAA)
- Experience with data analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
