About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and driven IAM SIMBA Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage cutting-edge AI technologies, including AI agents and Generative AI (GenAI), to automate and enhance Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes. Your strong expertise in Python programming will be essential for developing scalable, efficient automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
· Design, develop, and implement IAM automation solutions using Python and AI-driven technologies.
· Integrate GenAI models to streamline access management and identity validation processes.
· Leverage AI agents to automate workflows and reduce manual intervention.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance IAM frameworks and optimize existing automation pipelines.
· Perform regular system audits and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and security.
· Develop and maintain technical documentation and best practices.
Skills and Qualifications:
Must-Have:
· Proven experience in IAM automation using Python.
· Strong understanding of AI agents and Generative AI (GenAI) applications.
· Hands-on experience with SIMBA or similar IAM tools.
· Proficiency in Linux systems and working with cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
· Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Good to Have:
· Experience with Kubernetes and Docker for container orchestration.
· Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
· Familiarity with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
· Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Overall 7 to 9 Years of total work experience.
