IBM BPM Production Support

• Provide technical support for IBM BPM (Business Process Manager) applications in a production environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to workflow processes, application performance, and system integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operation of BPM applications.
• Implement and maintain monitoring tools to proactively identify and address potential issues.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to production support processes and best practices.

• 5+ years of experience in IBM BPM production support or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) and BPEL (Business Process Execution Language).
• Proficiency in troubleshooting Java/J2EE applications and web services.
• Experience with SQL databases and performance tuning.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
