About the role
Responsibilities:
- Develop and support data-driven solutions using Python and SQL for enterprise customers.
- Build, maintain, and troubleshoot data pipelines, database queries, and integrations to ensure accurate and timely data processing.
- Monitor data pipelines and production systems to proactively identify data gaps, anomalies, and discrepancies.
- Analyse data using SQL and Python scripts to investigate issues and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Identify and communicate data quality issues to the Operations and internal technical teams for timely resolution.
- Manage client onboarding and implementation, understanding customer requirements and configuring solutions accordingly.
- Act as a technical point of contact for customers during implementation, onboarding, and production support.
- Troubleshoot customer issues related to data, APIs, databases, integrations, and workflows.
- Work closely with Customer Success, Operations, and Engineering teams to resolve customer-impacting issues.
- Proactively monitor customer environments and ensure smooth system operations and a positive customer experience.
- Create technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and process documentation for recurring issues.
- Automate repetitive operational and monitoring tasks using Python scripting to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
