About the role
What you will actually do
- Own enterprise implementations from handoff to go-live - Drive the plan, timelines, dependencies, customer decisions and launch-readiness criteria.
- Translate requirements into a working solution - Understand how the customer’s benefits program should operate, then configure the workflows, business rules and employee experience accordingly.
- Coordinate data and integrations - Work with customers and technology teams to migrate employee data, connect existing systems and validate that information flows accurately.
- Testing and launch readiness - Run end-to-end testing, coordinate customer acceptance, manage defects and secure approvals before launch.
- Manage stakeholders and resolve problems - Lead customer conversations, coordinate internal teams, communicate risks early and diagnose configuration, data or integration issues.
- Drive go-live and handover - Confirm the solution is ready, document the final setup and transfer complete context to the teams responsible for ongoing servicing.
- Improve how implementations scale - Build reusable templates, playbooks and automation that make future implementations faster and more reliable.
- You have 2 to 5 years of experience in SaaS implementation, solutions consulting or technical onboarding, and have managed implementations from discovery through testing and go-live.
- You can translate business requirements into practical system configuration.
- You understand APIs, integrations, data mapping and file-based data exchange. Experience with Postman or similar tools is useful.
- You can lead enterprise customer conversations, manage expectations and push back when required.
- You can manage multiple customer implementations without losing attention to detail.
- You use documentation, templates, automation and AI tools to make implementation work more scalable.
- Experience in HRMS, payroll, employee benefits, insurance or healthcare is helpful, but not required.
