Responsibilities:
- Overall experience in SIEM monitoring and Cyber security Incident response and Management as per the SOP.
- Hands-on experience with security tools and devices, operating systems, and/or networking devices desired.
- Proven skills and experience in log analysis, incident investigations
- continuously monitors the security alerts queue.
- monitors health of customer security sensors and SIEM infrastructure
- Preparation of compliance/SOC reports.
- Ensure Monitoring SLA is achieved, work proactively to maintain the same.
- Willingness to work 24*7 environment in rotating shifts.
