Job Title: Account Assistant (Fixed Asset)

Department: Business Support Services

• Analyzing costs in AFEs (Authorization for expenditure) and preparing accounting journals to clear. costs to appropriate general ledger accounts.
• Reconciling warehouse inventory general ledger balances against warehouse activity subledgers.
• Project maintenance within ERP system.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting or finance.
• 3-7 years’ experience in accounting.
• Having knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations.
• Experience in Oracle is a plus.
• Advanced computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to pay close attention to detail.
• Excellent professional and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with excellent communication skills.
