Coding skills should be good and experience in ETL is a must.
Data Integration & ETL Development
· Design, develop and maintain ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter
· Develop and optimize data mapping
· Data synchronization strategies
Salesforce Data Management
- Configure and customize Salesforce data models, including objects, fields, and relationships, to meet business requirements.
- Develop and execute data migration strategies to import/export data between Salesforce and other systems.
- Monitor and ensure the quality, accuracy, and integrity of data within Salesforce.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze data requirements and develop data pipelines to support reporting and analytics.
- Create and manage reports, dashboards, and data visualizations in Salesforce to provide insights into data trends and performance metrics.
Data Quality & Governance
- Implement data validation rules and data quality checks to ensure the integrity of data within Salesforce and other integrated systems.
- Develop and enforce data governance policies and procedures to maintain high data quality standards.
Testing & Troubleshooting
- Conduct thorough testing of ETL processes, data integrations, and data migrations to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues, including integration errors and data discrepancies.
Documentation & Training
- Document technical specifications, data integration workflows, and ETL processes.
- Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on data management practices and tools.
Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce and Informatica features and best practices.
- Recommend and implement improvements to data integration and management processes based on feedback and industry trends.
Certifications
· Informatica PowerCenter or Informatica Cloud certification.
· Salesforce Administrator or Developer certification is preferred.
