We are looking for an experienced CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) Expert to design, implement, and manage enterprise-grade PAM solutions using CyberArk. This role will provide end-to-end support(L1–L3),ensuringthesecurity,governance,andcomplianceofprivilegedaccountsacross on-premises and cloud environments.

TheidealcandidatewillhavedeeptechnicalexpertiseinCyberArkcomponents,strongtroubleshootingskills, and experience integrating PAM with enterprise security ecosystems.

Implementation&Configuration

·DeployandconfigureCyberArkcomponents:EPV,PVWA,CPM,PSM,PSMP,AAM,PTA.

·DesignandimplementPAMpoliciesincludingleastprivilege,just-in-timeaccess,andsession monitoring.

Support&Troubleshooting(L1–L3)

·L1:MonitorCyberArkservices,respondtos,andhandlebasicuserrequests.

·L2:Performadvancedtroubleshooting,resolveintegrationissues,andmanagecredentialrotation failures.

·L3:Leadrootcauseanalysis,resolvecomplexincidents,andprovideexpert-levelsupportforCyberArk infrastructure.

Administration&Maintenance

·Performhealthchecks,patching,andupgradesofCyberArkinfrastructure.

·Managevaulting,credentialrotation,andsessionmanagement. Integration & Automation

·IntegrateCyberArkwithIAM,SIEM,ITSM,andcloudplatforms(AWS,Azure,GCP).

·ImplementandmanageSecureCloudAccessforprivilegedsessionsincloudenvironments.

·DevelopautomationscriptsusingPowerShell,Python,andRESTAPIs. Security & Compliance

·Conductriskassessments,audits,andensurecompliancewithSOX,HIPAA,PCI,NIST,ISO27001.

·Generatedetailedaccessreportsandsupportregulatoryaudits. Documentation & Training

·Createtechnicaldocumentation,playbooks,anddelivertrainingtointernalteams. Skills

Required Qualifications

·Experience:

o3+yearsinInformationSecurity,with2+yearsin PAM.

oHands-onexperiencewithCyberArkPrivilegedCloud.

·TechnicalSkills:

oStrongknowledgeofActiveDirectory,LDAP,RDP/SSH,Windows/Unixsystems.

oFamiliaritywithcloudenvironments(AWS,Azure,GCP).

oScriptingskills:PowerShell,Python,Bash.

·Certifications:

oCyberArkDefender(PAM-DEF)andSentry(PAM-SEN)required;GuardianorCDEpreferred.

·ExperiencewithDevOpstools,CI/CDpipelines,andcontainerizedenvironments.

·ExposuretoBeyondTrustorotherPAMsolutions.

·Knowledgeofcustomconnectors/pluginsandRESTfulAPIintegrations.

·KnowledgeofSecureCloudAccess(SCA)
