About the role
Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team by sourcing new sales opportunities through cold calls and emails.
- Route qualified leads to the appropriate sales manager for further development and closure.
- Develop relationships with new clients and provide them with information on the company's services.
- Gather market and client data by performing detailed research activities.
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
- Observe sales processes by shadowing supervisors and emulate their sales management processes to meet set targets.
- Prepare cost sheets to submit to clients.
- Coordinate with team members to gather necessary information for submitting the RFP.
- Submitting various reports.
- Conducting daily call follow-ups; should be strong in follow-ups.
- Maintaining MIS records.
