About the role
Inspection engineers (BE + Min. 4 years' experience having certification of ASNT Level 2 /
1. To carry out internal/external inspection of static equipment's-columns, vessels, heat exchangers , fabrication jobs, PSV Calibration jobs, CUI Inspection & stage wise inspection during SD.
2. Carry out internal inspection, supervise & witness the tests carried out by the NDT (thickness +DP) for the health check of equipment's. Carry out stage-wise inspection of fabrication jobs - both piping and equipment (like tanks etc.). Minimum NDT level 2 in MPT, RT, DPT, UT is required.
3. Maintain inspection records in the format prescribed by C&I department.
4. Prepare Inspection report after completion of a fabrication job in the format prescribed by C&I department.
5. Prepare inspection report for equipment's inspected in shutdown.
