About the role
·In depth understanding of KYC requirements as per SEBI, NSE & BSE regulations for the capital markets. Act as a subject matter expert for the KYC team.
·Function both as an individual contributor and manager of the KYC team to ensure all the onboarding processes of the KYC are delivered per predefined SLA.
·Lead the effort to Execute recertification of clients in adherence to the KYC Policy
·Liaise with Compliance for KYC approval.
·Keep accurate track record of all KYC requests, from receipt through onboarding.
·Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements from a KYC perspective.
·Ensure timely action on client Empanelment requirements.
·Identify, analyse, and explore proposed course of actions to line manager in relation to production, changes in KYC policy and system issues.
·Drive “Right First Time” performance and provide feedback to support maintain and improving standards.
