About the role
Job Purpose The role of the Instructional Designer is to design, develop, and deliver engaging and pedagogically sound learning experiences for distance and online learners. The incumbent will collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), faculty, and content teams to translate academic material into effective, learner-centric instructional designs. This includes creating multimedia-based Self-Learning Materials (SLMs), e-learning modules, and other digital resources aligned with institutional standards, regulatory requirements (UGC/AICTE/DEB), and the learner engagement strategy of CDOE.
