About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for translating the brand and product narrative into fun learning modules
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify learning gaps and design target curriculum strategies
- Produce short-form video scripts, interactive PPTs, visual cheat-sheets, and gamified quiz modules
- Rewrite technical vehicle specifications into warm, benefit-driven customer stories
- Responsible for all content updation for Brand, Product and Tools and Systems
- Responsible to make interactive and fun physical training manuals that can be used on the shop floor- Ex, Flash cards, SOP books etc
Ideal Candidate
- 3–5 years in Instructional Design, Content Creation, or EdTech (proficiency in Articulate, Canva, and video tools)
