Position: Instrument Engineer
Qualification: BE/BTech/Diploma in Instrumentation and Control or Equivalent
Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience is required as an instrument engineer.
Roles and responsibilities:
Execute instrumentation maintenance tasks with quality
Ensure compliance with standards, procedures, and best practices.
Assist Manager in Spares Procurement
Analyze instrumentation maintenance costs and budgeting.
Prepare audit-related documents for the manager.
Conduct regular troubleshooting and analysis.
Participate in reliability and integrity studies as identified.
Collect data for performance monitoring and reporting.
Validate contractor management.
Implementation of recommendations
Conduct obsolescence management.
Execute PM/PdM schedules.
Prepare a list of shutdown jobs.
Ensure statutory compliance with plant instrumentation.
Carry regular LLF visits to the plant to identify potential failures.
Maintain history and records.
Facilitate and support minor projects.
Weekly preparation of maintenance KPIs for Inst.
Maintaining IMS documents for instrumentation maintenance
HSEF compliance (RESOP, MIQA, CFA, DOSHE mandatory trainings/CSM).
