Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
\u0009 Develop and implement strategic financial budgets aligned with the organization's
research-backed initiatives.
Financial Analysis:
\u0009 Conduct thorough financial analyses to support decision-making on health, education,
environment and livelihood and Research programs.
\u0009 Maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
\u0009 CSR Project Budget Understanding and Analysis and maintenance of UC.
Grant Proposal Development:
\u0009 Craft compelling grant proposals for institutional funding, ensuring alignment with the
organization's mission and goals.
\u0009 Conduct thorough research to gather data and insights necessary for creating persuasive
proposals.
Research and Analysis:
\u0009 Stay updated on grant-making trends, funding opportunities, and donor priorities.
\u0009 Analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of different grant strategies, incorporating
feedback for continuous improvement.
\u0009 8 to 10 years of experience in consulting, and stakeholder management in corporate,
social enterprises, consulting firms or global foundations.
\u0009 MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree in business management or rural
management/development
