About the role

Industry: Tile Manufacturing
Manufacturing Footprint: 3 Plants

Reporting To: CEO, Board & Investors
Assignment Duration: 3 months (Until appointment of a Permanent CFO)
Our client is a leading tile manufacturing company with annual revenues of approximately INR 850-900 Crores and a strong manufacturing footprint across Bangalore. The business is currently undergoing a significant transformation initiative aimed at enhancing profitability, operational efficiency, governance, and scalability.
The company is backed by active investors who are closely involved in driving strategic transformation. To support this journey, the company has engaged a leading global consulting firm to spearhead transformation initiatives across functions.
As the current CFO transitions out of the organization, the company seeks an experienced Interim CFO to provide leadership continuity, strengthen financial controls, partner with the transformation office, and drive operational and financial excellence until a permanent CFO is onboarded.
The Interim CFO will serve as the senior-most finance leader responsible for ensuring financial stability, governance, business continuity, and transformation execution during a critical transition period.
The role requires a seasoned manufacturing finance leader with extensive experience in driving business transformation, cost optimization, operational efficiency, and process improvement within large manufacturing organizations.
This is not a fundraising-focused role. While the company is currently in the process of completing a fundraising transaction, the Interim CFO's primary mandate will be business transformation, financial stewardship, operational improvement, and strategic finance leadership.
