About the RoleSmytten is launching the Buzz Creator Launch Pad — a hands-on internship for aspiring creators who want to turn content into a career.This is not about just posting reels. It’s about learning by doing, creating real brand content, and building a portfolio that actually matters.
What You’ll Do
- Script, shoot, and edit short-form content (Reels, Shorts, Stories)
- Create engaging content for Smytten’s social media platforms
- Work closely with the marketing & creative teams on live campaigns
- Experiment with trends, formats, and storytelling styles
- Learn how branded content is planned, produced, and published
- Build a strong content portfolio by the end of the internship
- Aspiring content creators based in Bangalore
- Comfortable being on camera or behind it
- Passionate about social media, trends, and storytelling
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools (CapCut, InShot, Premiere Pro, etc.)
- Willing to learn, experiment, and create consistently
- Comfort Experimenting with New Content Formats
- Ability to Ideate Fast & Work on Tight Deadline
- Content ideation & scripting
