Role & Requirements: ● Greet and guide new employees on their first day. ● Support HR in conducting orientation sessions and presentations. ● Ensure completion of joining formalities, forms, and policy acknowledgments.● Maintain accurate employee records and digital filing systems.● Update trackers (new joiner status, onboarding progress, etc.). ● Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with new hires and multiple departments.● Basic MS Office / Google Workspace skill. ● Ability to manage confidential information.● Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
