About the role
Key Requirements:
- Graduate (mandatory)
- Willingness to work in Australian shifts (5:00 AM – 3:00 PM / 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
- Prior experience handling both voice and email interactions, preferably with Australian clients (added advantage)
- Strong written communication skills for emails, reports, and documentation
- Clear, confident verbal communication with stakeholders and clients
- Ability to articulate ideas professionally and concisely
