About the Role
We are looking for an ISO Coordinator to support the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the organization's ISO Management Systems and ensure compliance with applicable standards and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate implementation and maintenance of ISO Management Systems across functions.
- Maintain ISO documentation, procedures, work instructions and records.
- Coordinate internal and external ISO audits, including preparation and follow-up.
- Track non-conformities (NCs), ensure timely closure.
- Conduct awareness/training sessions on ISO requirements and procedures with the Team.
- Prepare and Maintain compliance with defined processes and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with various departments for audit document preparation and compliance requirements.
- Maintain the ISO audit calendar, reports, records and management review documentation.
- Support Management Review Meetings and follow up on action points.
- Ensure effective document control and timely revision of controlled documents.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in engineering / science / quality management or relevant discipline.
- 3-8 years of experience in ISO / Quality / Management Systems, preferably in manufacturing or chemical industry.
- Good knowledge of ISO 9001; knowledge of ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 will be an advantage.
- Experience in internal audits, External Audit documentation and compliance.
- Good communication, coordination and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
