About the role

What is the Job like ?
  • Asset tagging
  • Creating barcodes, printing and attaching to the assets
  • Receive assets from vendors, inwards and outwards
  • Manage the process of couriering the assets to various locations of business entities in India and overseas, to vendors in India
  • Maintaining the stock of all hardware in all business units
  • Log tickets with OEMs for hardware problems
  • Send hardware to vendors for repair Keep a check on hardware warranty
  • Keep a track of AMCs for all critical hardware
  • Make entries in Asset Management software
  • Manage hardware allocation
  • Moving assets from storage location to user’s desk and vice-versa
  • Help in physical asset reconciliation
    • Who should apply for this role ?
  • You have  2 - 3+ years of relevant experience in Assets and IT stock management
  • You know how to use computer, printer, microsoft office software
  • Ability to speak in English
