About the role

We are looking for a proactive Executive to support IT operations, ISO 27001 compliance, employee onboarding and offboarding, software purchases and renewals, Microsoft 365, Zoho applications, Mobile Device Management (MDM), networking, audit logs, and process improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Support employee onboarding, offboarding, user access, and IT asset management. Administer MDM activities, including device enrollment, access control, policy deployment, and device security. Maintain ISO 27001 compliance records, audit evidence, policies, and security logs. Assist with Microsoft 365, Zoho, Teams, Workflow and other business application administration. Track software licenses, subscriptions, purchases, and renewals. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for IT and infrastructure support. Maintain process documentation, operational trackers, and audit logs. Support continuous improvement and standardization of business processes. Maintaining and Utilizing AI tools.
