Key Responsibilities:
- Support lead generation and client acquisition activities.
- Manage customer relationships using CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals.
- Follow up with leads and support the sales team in achieving sales targets.
- Collaborate with team members to improve sales processes.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in IT sales, business development, and client acquisition.
- A degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
