Roles & Responsibilities
1. IT Support & System Maintenance· Provide basic troubleshooting for hardware, software, and networking issues.· Assist in resolving technical issues related to computers, printers, and hospital ITsystems.· Support basic system updates, software installations, and maintenance tasks.· Resolve issues related to firewall, Server, EMR software etc in co-ordinate withhead office2. Electrical & Maintenance Support· Perform routine electrical checks and coordinate repairs for lift and hospitalequipments.· Ensure proper maintenance of electrical systems, lights, AC units, and essentialhospital infrastructure.· Report and follow up on maintenance issues to ensure timely resolution.
