- Create and maintain documentation related to IT processes and procedures.
- Assist with IT projects and initiatives as needed.
- 5+ years of experience in IT support roles.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems, such as Windows and macOS.
- Experience with virtualization technologies is a plus.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are preferred.
