About the role
Qualifications/Skills and Experience:
· Education: B.E. / B. Tech. / M. E / M. Tech – Mechanical / Automotive / Electrical engineering.
Experience:
· 3 to 8 years of experience in Closure related systems design and application. CAD design experience – UG NX / CATIA .
Essential Skills
· Strong development experience in Closure components
· Concept Design and Feasibility studies of Hoods, Fenders, Liftgates, Tailgates, Side Doors, Hardware, and Sealing Systems, Door Modules, Manual Tops.
· Should conduct technical reviews with glass, Window regulator, modules, tops and sealings supplier and sort out development related issues.
· Coordinate with Design studio, Vehicle integration to sort out milestone issues.
· Experience in UG NX / CATIA in a production release environment
Experience in Team Centre / PLM
