We are looking for a highly skilled Java Developer with hands-on experience in APIGEE to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in building RESTful APIs, integrating with API gateways (especially Apigee), and working in enterprise-scale microservices environments.

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Develop, configure, and manage APIs using Google Apigee Edge / X platform.
• Implement API proxies, policies, and security standards using Apigee.
• Work closely with architects and backend teams to design scalable API solutions.
• Integrate APIs with external/internal systems while ensuring security and performance.
• Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and CI/CD pipeline integration.
• Troubleshoot production issues related to APIs and support deployments.
• Write clear and maintainable documentation for APIs and workflows.
• Collaborate with DevOps and QA teams for smooth deployment and testing processes.

• Strong programming skills in Java / J2EE, Spring Boot, and REST API development.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with APIGEE Edge / APIGEE X platform.
• Good understanding of API security (OAuth 2.0, JWT, API keys) and traffic management policies.
• Experience in creating API proxies, custom policies, and APIGEE extensions.
• Solid experience with tools like Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI, and Maven/Gradle.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure), especially Google Cloud Platform (GCP), is a strong advantage.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Google Apigee Certification (preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Exposure to monitoring/logging tools like Splunk, ELK, New Relic, or AppDynamics.
