About the role
We are looking for an experienced Java Developer with strong expertise in enterprise application development, microservices architecture, and backend technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, and related technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Build and consume RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Develop high-performance applications with a strong understanding of multithreading and concurrency.
- Work on enterprise-level applications using J2EE technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirement analysis and solution design.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
- Integrate messaging systems like Apache Kafka for event-driven architecture.
- Follow coding standards, design patterns, and best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
Requirements:
- Experience: 7 - 10 Years.
- Strong experience in Core Java, OOPS Concepts, Collections, Multithreading, and Data Structures.
- Hands-on experience with the Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate, and JSP.
- Experience in RESTful Microservices development.
- Strong understanding of Java 8+ features.
- Experience with Design Patterns and Concurrency.
- Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka.
- Experience working with Apache/Tomcat/JBOSS servers.
- Good understanding of J2EE architecture.
- Strong database knowledge, especially MS-SQL.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good to Have:
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Exposure to cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
