About the role
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain backend applications using Core Java and Spring Boot
- Work on existing codebase, perform debugging, and fix issues efficiently
- Design and develop REST APIs and integrate with frontend/services
- Handle database operations using MySQL and JPA
- Optimize application performance and ensure code quality
- Collaborate with team members for project support and issue resolution
- Utilize modern tools and practices, including AI tools (e.g., Claude) where applicable
Requirements
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Java development
- Strong knowledge of Core Java and Lambda Expressions
- Experience with Spring Boot framework and JPA
- Good understanding of REST API concepts and integration
- Proficiency in MySQL and database handling
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work on existing/legacy codebases
- Basic exposure to AI tools like Claude (preferred but not mandatory)
