About the role
Application Development:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement new applications or features.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in accordance with best practices.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and compliance with coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to identify and resolve issues.
- Application Support:
- Provide technical support to end-users and resolve application-related issues promptly.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for applications, including user guides and troubleshooting procedures.
- Collaborate with the IT support team to ensure the availability and reliability of applications.
- Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with project managers to define project requirements and scope.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of applications and tools as part of project implementations.
- Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support during and after project implementations.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Strong proficiency in Japanese (N1,N2,N3) is mandatory.
- Proven experience in application development
- Experience with any application/tool.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Project management experience is a plus.
