Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Java Developer with strong experience in Apache Kafka to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in backend development, event-driven architecture, and distributed systems. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable applications and integrating with real-time data pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based backend services and applications.
- Integrate and optimize real-time data streaming using Apache Kafka.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver new features.
- Work on microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
- Optimize application performance and scalability.
- Ensure best practices in code quality, testing, and deployment (CI/CD).
- Monitor and troubleshoot production issues related to Java applications and Kafka pipelines.
- Maintain proper documentation of software architecture and implementations.
- 5+ years of experience in Java (Core & Advanced) development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Apache Kafka (topics, producers, consumers, streaming, etc.).
- Proficiency in Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and REST APIs.
- Experience in microservices architecture and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra).
- Good understanding of multithreading, concurrency, and data structures.
- Experience with Maven/Gradle, Git, and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, etc.).
- Knowledge of monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Knowledge of Kafka Streams, Kafka Connect, or Schema Registry (Avro/Protobuf).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
