Java Developer with Dynatrace

We are seeking a skilled Java Developer with hands-on experience in Dynatrace to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend development using Java, with a focus on application performance monitoring, optimization, and diagnostics using Dynatrace.

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Java-based applications.
• Integrate Dynatrace for performance monitoring, root cause analysis, and alerting.
• Analyze application metrics, logs, and traces to proactively identify performance bottlenecks and anomalies.
• Collaborate with DevOps and QA teams to ensure system reliability and optimal performance.
• Contribute to application tuning and optimization based on Dynatrace insights.
• Implement best practices in software development and observability.
• Provide recommendations for performance improvements and drive resolution of production issues.
• Maintain documentation related to system design, configurations, and monitoring dashboards.

• 4+ years of experience in Java development (Spring Boot, REST APIs, Multithreading, etc.).
• Strong understanding of JVM internals, garbage collection, and memory management.
• 1–2+ years of hands-on experience with Dynatrace (installation, configuration, dashboard creation, custom metrics, alerting).
• Experience with application performance monitoring (APM) tools.
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with logging and monitoring tools (e.g., ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills.

• Dynatrace certification (Associate or Professional level).
• Experience in performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Gatling).
• Exposure to front-end technologies (e.g., Angular, React) is a plus.
• Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL).
