About the role
- Design, develop, and maintain telecom applications using Java/J2EE.
- Develop and integrate solutions for 4G/5G Core Network environments.
- Work on telecom signaling protocols including Diameter and SIP.
- Develop and troubleshoot components related to IMS (IP Multimedia Subsystem).
- Analyze protocol traces, logs, and network captures for debugging and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with QA, DevOps, System Engineering, and Product teams.
- Participate in requirement analysis, design, coding, code reviews, testing, and production support.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Support customer issues and provide technical solutions when required.
- Strong hands-on experience in Core Java.
- Good experience in Java/J2EE development and object-oriented programming.
- Strong Telecom Domain experience in 4G/5G Core.
- Hands-on knowledge of Diameter Protocol.
- Experience with IMS and/or SIP.
- Good understanding of telecom signaling and communication interfaces.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working on Linux/Unix environments.
- Experience with Spring / Spring Boot.
- Knowledge of REST APIs and microservices.
- Experience with HTTP/2 and 5G Service-Based Architecture (SBA).
- Exposure to Docker/Kubernetes and cloud-native telecom applications.
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins/GitLab.
- Experience with Wireshark or other protocol analysis tools.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field.
